You can decrease customer attrition with Churn Prevention programs. Offer discounts to customers who want to cancel recurring billing, incentivizing them to keep auto-renewal enabled for their subscriptions and essentially keep using your service. Statistics show that 3% to 5% of users choose not to cancel their renewal when seeing offers. If they are pursuing to cancel their renewal, collect valuable feedback on the reasons why and incorporate in your product and customer experience programs.
