Renamed the Proforma Invoice from the Channel Manager to Partner Invoice.

In an effort to optimize interactions between vendors and their partners, based on the feedback we received, Avangate is introducing a minor update to 'Proforma Invoices', changing their name to 'Partner Invoices'.

The update impacts exclusively the name of proforma invoices that become 'Partner Invoices', however, it does not impact in any way the way vendors order products on behalf of their partners or their purchase flow.
